All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra days if there are specific restrictions and Covid policies.
If within 14 days of delivery, you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns.
Please note that there are a couple of rules for returns:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging. If the item is not sent back in its original conditionand packaging, unfortunately, we will not accept the return.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
- Shipping cost: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The buyer will pay the return shipping cost.We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- Engraved pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable unless they were received faulty as we have customized the pieces, especially for you.
- On-sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Bundled items have to be returned in full. Please note that if you purchased a bundle, you need to return all items in the bundle to receive a refund.
LACRIA reserves the right to deny a return if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number). Please expect 1 additional day to get a response from us regarding your request.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges; However, if you want a different size or style, please return the items by following the instructions listed above and place an order with the style you want.
Faulty & Defectivpostsem
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. However, we are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids. Please read our 'Jewelry Care' page to learn how to keep your jewelry in good condition.
All orders must be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Otherwise, we are unable to make exceptions once orders begin processing. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
